Nose – Rich vanilla, and oak with berries citrus and spice. 

Palate –  Sweet and smooth with rich vanilla, creamy berries and rich oak, developing to zesty citrus notes with hints of ginger and clove.  

Finish –  Sweet vanilla and gentle spice.
