The Feis ile 2023 saw a great selection of single malt whisky releases to celebrate the first full Feis Ile after lock down. Ardbeg released the Heavy Vapours in both the committe and standard bottlings. Bowmore went for an 18 Year Old Oloroso/PX Cask. Bunnahabhain had a trio of releases including a Canasta Cask & a 1998 Manzanilla Cask Finish. Laphroaig delighted fans with the annual Cairdeas release and this time it was a white port and madeira cask setting. Lagavulin released a 14 Year Old matured in a combination of European and American oak casks and then finished in Armagnac casks. Caol Ila had a 13 Year Old PX cask offering that was very well received. Bruichladdich have continued with the Rocl'ndaal series for 2023 including the introduction of a Port Charlotte release. It was great to see Feis Ile back with so many visitors from all over the world. Enjoy the whisky.
